Ocean County Marine Construction LLC is a marine construction company based in Ocean County, New Jersey. We specialize in residential pile driving, dock repair, dock stabilization, and waterfront structural support throughout Toms River, Brick, Bayville, and the surrounding Jersey Shore communities.

The company was formed by Fabian Santos, owner of Omatic Construction LLC — an established New Jersey contractor providing excavation, drainage, septic installation, hardscaping and pool construction. Ocean County Marine Construction was created to expand those construction capabilities into waterfront and marine environments along Barnegat Bay and surrounding lagoon communities.

One of our key advantages is the ability to operate both from the water and from the land side of a property. Through Omatic Construction, we have access to excavators, heavy equipment, and full crews — letting us complete projects more efficiently than traditional barge-only contractors.
